OUR HISTORY

In the sun-drenched heart of Grenada and The Grenadines, the story of our rum-making unfolds. Our methods echo the wisdom of generations past, a legacy that winds its way through the ages like the rhythmic pulse of soca. We stand on the shoulders of our ancestors, those industrious souls who once sailed wooden vessels through the azure waters, trading locally produced goods for precious rum distillates in a dance of commerce and camaraderie.

Their journey was not just across the sea, but a voyage through time and culture. They navigated the tapestry of the islands, each stop an encounter with a unique terroir, a different method of rum-making, a distinct interpretation of the Caribbean spirit. The rum they collected was as diverse as the islands themselves, a medley of flavours born of sugarcane, soil and sunlight, matured by time and the generous Caribbean climate.

MODERN DAY

Today, we honor their legacy. We scour the Caribbean, island by island, in search of the finest rum distillates. We unite these with the mineral-rich waters and spice of Grenada, turning a vibrant dance of flavours into a harmonious blend that hums with the soul of the Eastern Caribbean. As the rum matures, it gains complexity and elegance, embodying the passion and unity of the people who have called these islands home for generations. This is our tribute to the past, our celebration of the present, and our gift to the future.
